The NMDAF and the NMDA are committed to inspiring future dentists by providing leadership, mentoring and networking opportunities, and events to pre-dental students, dental students, residence dentists and new dentists.
Throughout the year this program gives opportunities for training, mentorships, and coordination of clinic observations. Once a year a celebration of dentistry dinner is thrown where students and mentors can come together to celebrate the year and be inspired.

Thanks to all who participated and helped us make the 2023 Celebration of Dentistry dinner a huge success!
Fantastic turnout for the 2023 Celebration of Dentistry Dinner held November 3, 2023!
We had a fantastic turnout to inspire and celebrate the future of dentistry and honor the Lubar Spirit of Service award winner Dr. James Cole for his dedication and years of service to the dental community. Our Keynote speaker Dr. Chris Morgan presented his "Life’s Journey in Dentistry" which captivated the audience with his wit and humor, and inspired all to give back to the community.
