NM Mission of Mercy
Meet Your Co-Chairs
Dr. Anne Scott
Dr. Anne Scott brings a lifelong commitment to service and dentistry to her role as Co-Chair of the 2026 New Mexico Mission of Mercy (NM MOM). Reflecting on her new leadership role, Dr. Scott shared, “I have a heart for serving others, and I’m very excited about Co-Chairing the upcoming NM MOM event in Albuquerque.”
Dr. Scott’s dental career has spanned a wide range of roles and locations. She began as a dental assistant at Sembach Air Base in Germany, later practiced as a hygienist in Florida, California, and New Mexico, and since 2013 has been serving patients as a dentist in New Mexico. Throughout her training and career, she has enjoyed practicing many aspects of dentistry including general care, sedation, root canals, extractions, and sleep medicine.
Her love for New Mexico began when she and her husband, Ian, became first-time homeowners in the East Mountains in 2006. Ian is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with 22 years of service and has also worked at CNM and the NM Veterans Administration. Together they raised two daughters, now living in New Mexico and California.
Service has always been central to Dr. Scott’s life. She has volunteered in international dental clinics in Honduras, Guatemala, and Belize, as well as local community programs including Special Olympics and Mission of Mercy. Beyond dentistry, she gives her time to various spiritual and educational endeavors.
Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Dr. Scott enjoys family time, hiking, scuba diving, swimming, and cross-stitching. Her passion for service, both locally and abroad, makes her an inspiring leader for the 2026 NM MOM event.
Dr. Ryan Sill
Since moving to Albuquerque in 2009, Dr. Sill has been a dedicated volunteer at nearly every New Mexico Mission of Mercy (NM MOM) event, serving in Las Cruces, Farmington, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe multiple times. In addition to his long-standing volunteerism, he has successfully organized several smaller one-day NM MOM events in Albuquerque over the past several years.
Reflecting on his involvement, Dr. Sill shared, “I enjoy giving back to our community and am excited to Co-Chair the 2026 NM MOM event at Tingley Coliseum.”
Dr. Sill’s passion lies in genuinely serving people. He approaches care by first seeing each individual as a person, while also providing exceptional dental treatment tailored to their unique needs. With a background in engineering, he brings precision and attention to detail to his work, paired with a deep investment in the overall well-being of his patients.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Sill is a devoted husband of 17 years and proud father of three elementary and middle school–aged children. He enjoys cheering on his kids at soccer games and gymnastics practices, staying active through running, and serving at his church. In his free time, he also loves skiing and camping in the beautiful outdoors of New Mexico.
